I could not recommend a better real estate agent than Jeremy Sainlar. I am a retired partial owner of our family business in Texas, who loves to come to Florida in March for golf and baseball spring training.  I have done many real estate deals in Texas, but had no prior experience in Florida. I first became interested in Reunion Resort real estate upon our first stay in March 2015 and after doing a similar stay in their sister property south of Jacksonville in June 2014. Soon after, a vacation home rental management company recommended Jeremy, and introduced him to me in late March 2016.  Shortly thereafter, a house came on the market that had great rental potential, on which Jeremy put in an earnest money contract for me.  Unfortunately, (or so I thought at the time) I was outbid and lost the deal. I remember at the time that we decided that some deals just aren’t meant to be. In July 2016, Jeremy notified me that there was another home on the market that met all the requirements that we had discussed in March. Based on my trust of Jeremy from the previous failed attempt, we made a deal in just 2 days, sight unseen, and this time we outbid the competition while staying below the asking price. He walked me through all the differences in Florida from Texas, and gave me reliable recommendations to other contacts that I needed to work with in-order to get the property rent ready.  I made a purchase that I couldn’t be happier with. Jeremy and his wife, who is an interior designer, have been invaluable in helping me create a fantastic vacation home, located in the prime Disney world area.
